Magic Stitches Embroidery started the way most good things in the Coachella Valley do — with a neighbor asking for a favor. A friend needed twelve polos stitched for a weekend catering job, and Laura said yes.

That "yes" turned into a shop. Word moved through the Valley the way it always does: a restaurant owner told a contractor, the contractor told his crew, the crew's kids needed team jerseys, and pretty soon Laura was stitching for schools, churches, salons, and construction companies — right alongside the grandmother who just wanted her grandson's name on a baby blanket.
